Shipping and Return Policy

Domestic Shipping Rates
All domestic shipping rates are calculated by the chosen shipping service. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are due during the checkout process of your online order and must be paid prior to your order being shipped.

International Shipping Rates
All international shipping rates for online orders are estimates by the chosen shipping service. For All International Orders, customers will incur all actual shipping costs. Shipping Information:
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Delivery Times:
Your order will be sent to the distribution warehouse on the following business day for processing. It may take 48 hours for the warehouse to process your order for shipping. Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays. Shipping delivery times do not include the day your order was shipped. Shipping delivery times do not include holidays, weekends or other days the shipping carrier may be closed. FedEx will make home deliveries on a Saturday. Your order can take up to 14 days for delivery once your order has been made. You will receive an email with a tracking number from the carrier once your order has been shipped.

2 Day Shipping:
This does not mean you will have your order in 2 days. Your order will be sent to the distribution warehouse on the following business day for processing. It may take 48 hours for the warehouse to process your order for shipping. FexEx does not include the day of pickup as a shipping day. Orders placed on a Friday will not start processing until Monday (pending holidays). FedEx may not pick them up until Wednesday and your order could arrive on Friday, 7 days after your order was placed.

Holidays, weather, natural disasters, and other events beyond our control may affect shipping and delivery times.

Order Status/Tracking an Order
To track your order call us at 707-665-0592 to request a shipped confirmation email. This email will be sent to the email addressed used to place the order. It will include a tracking number. You can check on the status of your order by clicking on the tracking number in your email or by copying the number and entering in the right system, www.usps.com or www.fedex.com.

Damage during Shipment:
Customers of SLIP 2000™ are responsible for inspection of their merchandise when they receive it. If there is obvious damage to the carton, check the contents before you accept them. If there is damage, notify the delivery service and file a claim. Keep the damaged shipping carton and contents so as to show the shipping service. If you are not present at the time of delivery, immediately inspect the contents as soon as possible and notify the shipping service if there is a problem. If you are told by the shipping service to contact us, we will need a claim number or equivalent in order to help you resolve the matter as efficiently as possible.

Missing Shipment:
In your shipment does not arrive, please call us so we can follow-up with the shipping service. If they have documentation that your shipment was delivered to you, SLIP 2000™ will not be responsible for missing shipments. If you provide us with the wrong shipping address, Slip 2000™ will not be held liable for a delivery to the wrong address. Once the shipment leaves the distribution warehouse, the risk and ownership of the merchandise being shipped belongs to you the customer.

Return Policy:
All returns must be approved in advance by SLIP 2000™. No UNAUTHORIZED returns will be accepted. All returnable items must be in their original carton (bottle) and packing. Cancelling or Modifying an Order
SLIP 2000™ strives to meet customer demands for prompt service and delivery. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to cancel an order once it has entered the fulfillment process and we cannot stop delivery once an order has been processed for shipping.
